Darren McArdle2024-04-01We had several quotes for our fence and ended up using Carolinas, they weren’t the cheapest or most expensive. I had everything properly marked and reviewed the location with the installers when they arrived. Well they took it upon themselves to change the location of one corner and installed one side crooked to the property line. They said they always move their posts in 6”. Problem is that they only moved one and left the other. They were also required by our HOA to be within 3” which they knew and agreed to.

Hannah Wilson2024-02-22We thought this was a great company at first. They were professional and personable to begin with. We were using them for a pasture fence. We asked for screws to be used so the animals would not push the boards out and escape. They ensured us that they were using screw nails / shank nails and showed us. We were ensured that these cannot be pushed out. Welllllll fast forward several months, our horse managed to push a board out and escape. You can see the nails are clearly straight nails. These are obviously not the nails that they showed us and told us they were using. My husband had to go out and reinforce every board with screws because we don't want to have a repeat escape. The company has been contacted. I'll update if the need arises.
